We moved from out of state to a new construction Trust home, and are happy with how smooth everything went. Even after closing, the warranty contact, Kerry, always replied promptly and addressed our issues right away. We are lucky that they are minor, however he was always courteous & professional. He shows up when he says, and completes the job thoroughly.
